The School Extension Program (SEP) extends the care and education of students beyond the regularly scheduled school hours. Between the hours of 3:00 and 5:30 pm, K-8 students are provided with snacks, reading/homework time, indoor and outdoor recreational activities, arts & crafts and cooking.
One child, 20 or more hours per month: $6.25 per hour
Two or more children, 20+ hours per month: $5.75 per hour/child
One child, fewer than 20 hours per month: $8.75 per hour
Two or more children, fewer than 20 hours per month: $7.75 per hour/child
Children must be picked up no later than 5:30 p.m. After 5:30 p.m. a late fee of $5 per minute will be charged with a minimum late charge of $10. Three late pick-ups is cause for dismissal from the Extended Care Program.
Accounts are due by the 15th of each month and subject to a $50 late fee when overdue. Participation in the SEP program may be denied to any family who does not keep their SEP and/or tuition payment current.
